1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or over, that you are acquiring the products as a qualified researcher or on behalf of a research institution where applicable, and that your purchase, possession and use of the products is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Research use only

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. They must not be used for any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic or food purpose. You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of the products, and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and institutional requirements that apply to you.

3. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Stated specifications and purity figures are typical values, and product images are illustrative only. We may correct any errors or inaccuracies and update information at any time without notice.

4. Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

COAs are not routinely provided. Batch-specific or updated third-party testing can be arranged at your request. All such testing is performed externally, and the full cost of that testing is payable by you (the customer), not by us. A COA will only be issued once the requested testing has been completed and paid for.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude GST as indicated at checkout [confirm GST treatment]. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We may change prices at any time before you place an order. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

6. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept and confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock, where we suspect the products are intended for human consumption or unlawful use, or for compliance reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

7. Errors, inaccuracies & omissions

Occasionally the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, and to change or update information or cancel an order if any information was inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice — including after you have submitted your order. If we cancel a paid order because of such an error, we will refund the amount paid.

8. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded.

9. Prohibited uses

You may use our website and products for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the products on humans or animals, or for any purpose other than in-vitro laboratory research;
• purchase for onward resale for human consumption, or supply the products to anyone you believe intends to consume them;
• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe our intellectual property or that of others;
• introduce viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site;
• use any automated means to scrape, harvest or collect data or personal information from the site.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have breached these Terms.

10. Assumption of risk & indemnity

You use and handle the products entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, losses or costs arising from your use, misuse, handling, storage, or onward supply of the products, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

12. Third-party links & services

Our website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, our payment processor). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

13. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is”, and we exclude all implied warranties except those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply and are not met, and to the extent the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacing or resupplying the goods, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, at our discretion, including where we believe you have breached these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual property, Assumption of risk & indemnity, Disclaimers & limitation of liability, and Governing law — will continue to apply. Termination does not affect any amounts owing up to the date of termination.

15. Governing law

16. Waiver, entire agreement & assignment

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
