• Order information — the products you order, your order reference (for example, an EX or DO number) and transaction history.
• Payment information — card payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Communications — messages you send us via our contact form or by email.
• Technical & usage data — IP address, browser and device type, and website usage information collected by our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal information to process, fulfil and dispatch your orders; take payment; communicate with you about orders and enquiries; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud; comply with our legal, tax and regulatory obligations; and improve our website and services. We only send marketing communications where you have consented, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Disclosure of your information

We disclose personal information only as needed to run our business, including to:

• our payment processor (Stripe) to take and verify payments;
• shipping and postal carriers to deliver your order;
• IT, hosting and infrastructure providers (including Netlify) that operate our website;
• professional advisers, and government or law-enforcement bodies where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers (such as Stripe and Netlify) may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you (APPs 12 and 13), and you may ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Our website and products are intended for adults aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
