Shipping Policy

1. Order processing & dispatch

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and are generally dispatched within 48 hours of your order. You will receive an order confirmation with a reference number: Express orders begin with “EX” and standard postage orders begin with “DO”.

2. Domestic shipping (Australia)

• Standard post (DO) — estimated [3–7] business days.
• Express post (EX) — estimated [1–3] business days.

Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

3. International shipping

We ship worldwide, except to any destinations we are unable to service or where prohibited by law [list any excluded countries]. International delivery is estimated at [7–21] business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Costs are shown at checkout.

4. Customs, duties & import compliance

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees and clearance requirements in their country — these are not included in our prices or shipping charges. You are responsible for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction. Parcels may be delayed, inspected, or held by customs, which is outside our control.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery estimates & delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help where we can.

7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and re-shipping may incur an additional charge.

8. Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date at Primalpeplabs@gmail.com with your order reference. Where a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law applies, we will provide an appropriate remedy — see our Refunds & Returns Policy.

9. Risk & title

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has been received in full.
